Gluten Free Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter creamy

For The Topping

  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips you can use sugar free ones instead
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  • Line a baking dish (I used a 7×7 one) with parchment paper.
  • Next, melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in the almond flour and peanut butter. Continue until well combined.
  • Transfer to the prepared pan. Spread it evenly. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Make the top layer by placing the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals until melted.
    Then, spread over the peanut butter layer evenly, and place in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
