- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1.5 cups Chocolate Chips (gluten free)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Crushed Peanuts or Sprinkles (optional)
Peel bananas and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the banana slices for 15 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip each frozen banana slice into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and place back on the parchment paper.
Immediately sprinkle with crushed peanuts or sprinkles if desired, then freeze for another 10 minutes until chocolate is set. Store in the freezer.
