Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate Chips (gluten free)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Peanuts or Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Peel bananas and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the banana slices for 15 minutes until firm.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Dip each frozen banana slice into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and place back on the parchment paper.
  • Immediately sprinkle with crushed peanuts or sprinkles if desired, then freeze for another 10 minutes until chocolate is set. Store in the freezer.
