Gluten Free Chocolate Cereals

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Granulated Sugar/ Keto Sweetener  I recommend this one (amazon)
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl –  combine the almond flour, sugar or sweetener, coconut flour, and cocoa powder. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  • Add the almond butter and mix until a dough forms – use your hands.
  • Roll the dough into small balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for at least 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
