- 12 oz Frozen Shelled Edamame
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Thaw the frozen shelled edamame, rinse them under warm water, and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
Transfer the dry edamame to a bowl and toss with olive oil and garlic powder until coated.
Spread the edamame in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway, until the beans are browned and crispy.
Remove from the oven, immediately sprinkle with the flaky sea salt, and let them cool for a satisfying crunch.
