Ingredients

  • 12 oz Frozen Shelled Edamame
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Thaw the frozen shelled edamame, rinse them under warm water, and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
  • Transfer the dry edamame to a bowl and toss with olive oil and garlic powder until coated.
  • Spread the edamame in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway, until the beans are browned and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, immediately sprinkle with the flaky sea salt, and let them cool for a satisfying crunch.
