Gluten Free Rice Crispy Treats

These gluten free rice crispy treats are just as gooey and delicious as the classic version. A perfect no-bake snack the whole family will love.

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch pan

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 6 cups Gluten Free Rice Cereal
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Immediately add gluten free rice cereal and stir quickly until all cereal is evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9x13 inch pan using a spatula or buttered hands. Let cool for 15 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
