- 3 tbsp Butter
- 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 6 cups Gluten Free Rice Cereal
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Salt
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add mini marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Immediately add gluten free rice cereal and stir quickly until all cereal is evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9x13 inch pan using a spatula or buttered hands. Let cool for 15 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
