- 2 cups Gluten Free Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 325F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, gently melt the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup together for 30 seconds, then stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Add the gluten free quick oats to the wet mixture and stir until the oats are entirely coated.
Scoop tablespoon sized portions of the mixture and press them tightly into small clusters with your hands.
Place the clusters on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden.
Let the clusters cool completely on the baking sheet to firm up and become crispy.
