Ingredients

  • 2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3.5 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until butter is melted, then stir until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and salt, then gradually stir in powdered sugar until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm, then cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
