Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

  • In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together gluten free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • Add the egg, milk, and vegetable oil, and whisk until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
  • Drop the Nutella into the center of the batter, but do not stir it in.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, depending on your microwave power, until the cake has risen and is set on top.
  • Let cool for 1 minute before enjoying directly from the mug or turning out onto a plate.
