- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Nutella
In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together gluten free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Add the egg, milk, and vegetable oil, and whisk until the batter is smooth with no lumps.
Drop the Nutella into the center of the batter, but do not stir it in.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, depending on your microwave power, until the cake has risen and is set on top.
Let cool for 1 minute before enjoying directly from the mug or turning out onto a plate.
