Almond Flour

Coconut Flour

Granular Sugar/ Erythritol Granular Sweetener

teaspoon
Pure Vanilla Extract

Lemon Juice
Chocolate Chips
to add on top – you can also use sugar free ones
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a large microwave safe mug.
Using a small whisk- mix everything until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the lemon zest.
Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Then, remove it, add chocolate chips on top and serve.
My microwave is 1000 watts. If your microwave is different, adjust the time accordingly.
