Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha sauce, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  • Add the raw almonds to the bowl and stir well until they are evenly coated in the spicy glaze.
  • Spread the almonds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring the nuts every 10 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  • Let the almonds cool completely on the pan so the sticky coating will harden and become crunchy.
