- 2 cups Raw Almonds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Preheat the oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha sauce, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
Add the raw almonds to the bowl and stir well until they are evenly coated in the spicy glaze.
Spread the almonds out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring the nuts every 10 minutes to prevent them from burning.
Let the almonds cool completely on the pan so the sticky coating will harden and become crunchy.
