- 4 cups Gluten Free Hard Pretzels
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Preheat the oven to 250F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey, dijon mustard, and onion powder until smooth.
Place the gluten free hard pretzels in a large bowl and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
Toss the pretzels thoroughly until every piece is well coated with the glaze.
Spread the pretzels evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely so the glaze sets and becomes crunchy.
