Ingredients

  • 4 cups Gluten Free Hard Pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey, dijon mustard, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Place the gluten free hard pretzels in a large bowl and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
  • Toss the pretzels thoroughly until every piece is well coated with the glaze.
  • Spread the pretzels evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely so the glaze sets and becomes crunchy.
