Gluten Free Halloumi Fries

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Haloumi Cheese
  • Tallow
  • Marinara Sauce (I recommend this one – amazon)

Instructions

  • Slice the cheese into thin slices – 7 to 8mm thick.
  • Add the tallow to a frying pan and let it heat over medium-high heat.
  • Add the cheese slices. Be careful and use tongs because it may splatter.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes per side and then flip. You want them golden brown.
  • Let them cool for 15 minutes. Serve with the marinara sauce. Enjoy!
