Instructions
Slice the cheese into thin slices – 7 to 8mm thick.
Add the tallow to a frying pan and let it heat over medium-high heat.
Add the cheese slices. Be careful and use tongs because it may splatter.
Cook for 1-2 minutes per side and then flip. You want them golden brown.
Let them cool for 15 minutes. Serve with the marinara sauce. Enjoy!
