Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the cheddar cheese to a food processor. Pulse for 20-30 seconds until finely shredded.
Add the egg whites and cream of tartar to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer mix until stiff peaks form. Then, add cheddar cheese and almond flour and use the hand mixer again until combined.
Add the mixture to a piping bag. Pipe 1 to 2-inch tubes onto the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove and let them cool for 15-20 minutes.
