Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing with a wooden spoon until a thick, sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a warm, damp towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes to hydrate the gluten free flour.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it out into a 12-inch circle using oiled hands.
Bake the plain crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are crispy and browned.
