Ingredients

For the Dough

  • 2 cups Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 packet Instant Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  • Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing with a wooden spoon until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  • Cover the bowl with a warm, damp towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes to hydrate the gluten free flour.
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it out into a 12-inch circle using oiled hands.
  • Bake the plain crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are crispy and browned.
