Ingredients

  • 2 large Apples
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Wash the apples and slice them horizontally as thin as possible, removing any seeds you find along the way.
  • Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets without overlapping.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and granulated sugar together, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the apple slices.
  • Bake for 1 hour, flip the slices over, and bake for another 1 hour until curled and dry.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool completely so they can crisp up before eating.
