- 2 large Apples
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
Preheat oven to 200F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Wash the apples and slice them horizontally as thin as possible, removing any seeds you find along the way.
Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets without overlapping.
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and granulated sugar together, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the apple slices.
Bake for 1 hour, flip the slices over, and bake for another 1 hour until curled and dry.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely so they can crisp up before eating.
