Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle iron and spray it lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten free all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. A few lumps are perfectly fine.
  • Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions and cook until golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings like fresh berries or maple syrup.
