Gluten Free Cottage Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese not low fat!
  • 4 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350°F. Then, line a loaf pan (I used a 9×5-inch one) with parchment paper.
  • Add the cottage cheese, egg, and egg whites to a blender. Blend everything until smooth.
  • Add the almond flour and baking powder to a large bowl. Mix them well. Then pour in the cottage cheese mixture and mix until well combined. Take your time and do it by hand.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  • Remove the bread from the oven. Let it cool for 1 hour, then remove from the loaf pan and slice.
