Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 325°F and then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the butter (make sure it’s melted and cooled first) with the powdered sugar or sweetener for about 2 minutes until fluffy.Then, add the egg, egg white, and vanilla and mix together until combined. Next, add the almond flour and salt. Mix until well combined again.
Cut a hole in a piping bag – about 1 inch in diameter. Fill it with the mixture and pipe 2-3 inch long logs onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 22-25 minutes – they will turn lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for at least 25 minutes. Enjoy!
