  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Milk

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth with no lumps remaining.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds until the cake is set in the center and springs back when touched lightly.
  • While the cake cooks, mix cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and milk in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the mug cake is done, let it cool for 1 minute, then drizzle the cream cheese frosting on top and serve immediately.
