1/4cupCoconut Flour
5tablespoonsMonk Fruit Sweetener
2tablespoonsCinnamon Powder
2 1/2tablespoonsMelted Coconut Oil
1/4teaspoonSalt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Add the egg white and coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Press well and mix the mixture until you can form a cohesive ball of dough.
Place the dough ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Roll it out very thin- about 1 to 2 mm thick. Then use a pizza cutter and the rolled dough into small cubes. Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for about 7-8 minutes until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 15-20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
