Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Milk (any type)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Whipped Cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the avocados.
  • Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
  • Divide the pudding into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.
