- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the avocados.
Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
Divide the pudding into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.
