Gluten Free Cheesy Garlic Bread

This gluten free cheesy garlic bread is crispy, buttery, and loaded with melty cheese. It's the perfect side for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Gluten Free Baguette
  • 1/2 cup Softened Butter
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the gluten free baguette in half lengthwise and place the halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, fresh chopped parsley, and salt until smooth.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
