- 1 loaf Gluten Free Baguette
- 1/2 cup Softened Butter
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley

- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the gluten free baguette in half lengthwise and place the halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, fresh chopped parsley, and salt until smooth.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice and serve warm.
