- 2 cups Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Warm Water
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 large Egg
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Marinara Sauce for serving
In a large bowl, whisk together gluten free flour, sugar, instant yeast, xanthan gum, and salt. Add warm water, olive oil, and egg and mix until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Grease the parchment with cooking spray.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan using wet hands to prevent sticking. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the hot breadsticks. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into sticks and serve with warm marinara sauce.
