- 2 cups Almond Flour I recommend this one (amazon)
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- 4 1/2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 slices Bacon crispy and crumbled
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 8x4 or 9x5 loaf pan.
Whisk the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, and onion powder. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Fold in the cheddar cheese and the crumbled bacon.
Pour into the pan. Bake for 40–50 minutes - you can insert a toothpick in the center and see if it comes out clean.
Allow to cool for at least 25 minutes. Enjoy!
