Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour I recommend this one (amazon)
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 1/2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon crispy and crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 8x4 or 9x5 loaf pan.
  • Whisk the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add the almond flour, baking powder, and onion powder. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Fold in the cheddar cheese and the crumbled bacon.
  • Pour into the pan. Bake for 40–50 minutes - you can insert a toothpick in the center and see if it comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for at least 25 minutes. Enjoy!
