Ingredients

  • 3 cups Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Granola
  • 2 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips (gluten free, optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Scatter mixed berries, gluten free granola, and mini chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt layer, pressing them in slightly.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours until completely solid, then break into pieces and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container.
