Gluten Free Banana Split Dump Cake

This gluten free dump cake brings all the fun of a banana split into a warm, gooey dessert. It's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with zero fuss.

Ingredients

  • 3 large Bananas
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 jar Maraschino Cherries
  • 1 box Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Slice the large bananas and arrange them in an even layer across the bottom of the dish.
  • Pour the can of crushed pineapple with its juice evenly over the bananas, followed by the drained maraschino cherries.
  • Sprinkle the dry gluten free yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layer, then slowly pour the melted butter all over the top of the mix.
  • Scatter the chocolate chips over everything and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
