- 3 large Bananas
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 jar Maraschino Cherries
- 1 box Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Slice the large bananas and arrange them in an even layer across the bottom of the dish.
Pour the can of crushed pineapple with its juice evenly over the bananas, followed by the drained maraschino cherries.
Sprinkle the dry gluten free yellow cake mix evenly over the fruit layer, then slowly pour the melted butter all over the top of the mix.
Scatter the chocolate chips over everything and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
