Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Granola Bites

These gluten free granola bites are a delicious grab-and-go snack with warm apple cinnamon flavor. Perfect for meal prep or satisfying a sweet craving.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten free rolled oats, unsweetened applesauce, honey, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
  • Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so the oats can absorb some of the moisture.
  • Scoop out tablespoon sized portions and roll them tightly into small balls with your hands.
  • Place the bites on the baking sheet and gently press them down just a little bit.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and firm, then let cool completely before snacking.
