Powdered Sugar or Powdered Sweetener

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 370°F .Then, In a large bowl, combine almond flour and powdered sugar / sweetener. Mix well.
Separate eggs (save yolks for later). Add the egg whites to the flour mixture. Knead until dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Press down and flatten them. Use a fork to create holes.
Whisk the egg yolks and brush over cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before serving.
